By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

1. About RUNICO

RUNICO (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a running-focused platform built around three pillars: coaching, community, and storytelling. We provide personalised coaching services, publish running-related content through URTV, and organise community run clubs.

2. Coaching Services

RUNICO coaching services are delivered digitally and may be offered as one-off purchases or recurring subscriptions, depending on the package selected.

• All coaching journeys begin with a one-to-one virtual consultation.
• Subscription coaching is billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
• You may cancel a coaching subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your coaching package — after attending the initial consultation and completing at least two weeks of training — you may request a full refund.

3. URTV Content & Participation

URTV features interviews, conversations, and storytelling content involving runners and members of the running community.

• Participation in URTV is voluntary.
• If you have been featured and later wish for your content to be removed, you may request this at any time. Content will be removed within 24–48 hours of the request.
• All published content remains the intellectual property of RUNICO unless otherwise agreed.

4. Run Club Participation

RUNICO Run Club activities are free to join unless stated otherwise.

• Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and fitness during runs.
• RUNICO is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during run club activities.
• Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Payments

Payments for coaching services are processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure or approved third-party providers. Prices may be displayed in different currencies for convenience.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, imagery, video, and branding — is the property of RUNICO unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

RUNICO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, coaching services, content, or community activities. All services are provided “as is,” without warranties beyond those required by law.

8. User Conduct

You agree to use the website and services respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to restrict access or remove content that violates these Terms.
