These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the website runico.run and any purchases made through the site. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Overview

RUNICO (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides athletic apparel, coaching services, and digital products to customers worldwide. Some products are stocked and shipped directly by us, while others are fulfilled via on-demand (made to order) and other third-party providers. All transactions are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Product prices are set in CHF (Swiss Francs), but may be displayed in your local currency for convenience.
  • The final amount charged may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes based on your shipping country.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateway and may support multiple payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Product Types and Fulfillment

  • Stocked Products: Items we or third-parties hold in physical inventory and ship directly (usually from Switzerland or the UK).
  • On-Demand (Made to Order) Products: Items produced and fulfilled by third-party providers after an order is placed. These are typically not returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Digital Coaching Products: Coaching plans and services are delivered digitally and may be offered as one-off payments or recurring subscriptions depending on the package purchased.

4. Shipping

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by location and product type.
  • On-demand products may require 2–5 days for production before shipping.
  • Orders may be shipped separately if they include both stocked and made-to-order items.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on your region. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders (e.g. over CHF 90 in value).

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Stocked Products: May be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn, unused, and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defected.
  • On-Demand Products: Non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery. Exchanges are not available for these items.
  • To start a return, use our Returns Portal. If you did not create an account at checkout, you can create one after your order and access your return options.

6. Subscriptions and Coaching Services

  • Coaching subscriptions are billed monthly unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • You may cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, no further charges will apply.
  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you cancel your coaching plan within the first month, after completing your initial consultation and receiving your first 2 weeks of training, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us for assistance.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, logos, slogans images, etc.) is the property of RUNICO or its partners and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site, services, or products. Products and services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance. Please check this page regularly for updates.

11. EU Product Safety & Compliance

In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), RUNICO and SINDEN VENTURES LIMITED ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and meet applicable EU standards.

  • Age Restrictions: For adults
  • EU Warranty: 2 years
  • Other Compliance Information: Meets the lead, cadmium, phthalates and bisphenols level requirements.
