Orders

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

If your order is incorrect, missing items, or arrived damaged, please Contact Us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.

Where prices are displayed dynamically your local currency should be converted and displayed automatically. Where static prices are stated you may see CHF as Switzerland is RUNICO's Headquarter location.

Personalized T-Shirt

Simply add your custom text (up to 18 characters, including spaces) in the order notes during checkout. You can also email your custom text to info@runico.run if you prefer.

You can add anything meaningful to you - like a race Personal Best time, a city, or run club name. For example: “Tokyo in 2:58:30” or “Boston 2025". Just remember the limit of 18 characters including spacing.....and keep it clean :-)

Due to the custom nature of these products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.

Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as the following (where supported): PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay

Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise shown at checkout.

Orders to EU under €150 or UK under £135 typically will not incur import taxes.

Orders over this value may be subject to customs fees.

Non-EU/UK orders may be subject to duties upon arrival.

No, you won't be charged Swiss tariffs. Import duties are based on the country where the product is manufactured, not where our brand is based. Since our products are not made in Switzerland, Swiss tariffs do not apply. However, standard U.S. import duties or taxes may apply depending on your local customs regulations.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by region.

Europe: 2–7 business days

USA & Canada: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–14 business days
On-demand (made-to-order) products may require an additional 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Yes, a tracking link will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

Stocked items: Return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.

On-demand products: Returns only accepted if the item is damaged or defective. Exchanges are not available for these items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Log in or create an account using the email associated with your order, then access the Returns Portal to submit a request.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Coaching Packages

Yes, of course. You can always upgrade to our Silver or Gold packages.

Yes, we are so passionate about helping you achieve your running goals, if you are not satisfied within the first month of purchasing your package, we will refund you. This refund offer only applies after attending the first consultation and completing 2 weeks of the training plan.

Yes, of course. You can cancel your subscription anytime and avoid any future charges.
