Orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on the item’s source.

For on-demand products (made to order):

• Expect 5–15 business days total (production + shipping), depending on your location.

• On-demand (made to order) items ship from the closest regional warehouse for faster delivery.

Stocked Products:

• Return or exchange within 14 days if unworn and in original condition.
• Size exchanges accepted.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

On-demand (made to order) Products:

• Only returnable/refundable if damaged or defective.
• Size exchanges are not available due to on-demand (made to order) production.
• Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To begin a return or exchange, please:

1. Log in or create an account using the email associated with your order.
2. Access your orders and select the item you want to return or exchange.
3. Follow the prompts in our self-serve returns portal to submit your request.

Please note:

• For on-demand (made to order) products, exchanges are not possible. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged.
• If you experience any issues creating an account or using the returns portal, please contact us for assistance.

Once your request is submitted, we will review it and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Orders to EU under €150 or UK under £135 typically will not incur import taxes.
